摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究我国城市体育数字治理的价值、困境,并提出路径.价值:推动体育资源要素的重新整合,提高治理效率;推动体育服务水平的跨越发展,提升服务供给质量;营造体育数字化赋能的全覆盖,促进资源共享.困境:多元共治格局尚未形成,简约高效务实管用的治理机制亟待健全,数据壁垒制约体育治理资源的整合共享.路径:加强顶层设计,构建整体联动多元共治治理格局;加强综合治理,构建简约高效务实管用的治理机制;加强数字化建设,提升城市体育数据要素治理水平.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analysed the value and dilemma of digital governance of urban sports in China,and put forward the path.Value:It promotes the re-integration of sports resource elements to improve governance efficiency,promotes the leapfrog development of sports service level to improve the quality of service supply,and creates full coverage of sports digital empowerment to promote resource sharing.Dilemma:The pattern of multiple co-governance has not yet formed,the simple,efficient and pragmatic governance mechanism needs to be improved,and data barriers restrict the integration and sharing of sports governance resources.Path:We should strengthen top-level design to build an overall pattern of interconnected and diverse co-governance,strengthen comprehensive governance to build a simple,efficient,pragmatic and effective governance mechanism,and strengthen digital construction to improve the governance level of urban sports data elements.
