摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,分析整体性治理视域下青少年课外体育培训治理要素、困境,并提出治理路径.困境:主体利益冲突,供需结构失衡,信息共享迟滞,政策体系断层.治理路径:加强政府主导,平衡主体利益;推动行业改革,优化供需结构;整合技术体系,增进信息共享;强化顶层设计,完善政策体系.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and expert interview,this paper analyzed the factors and difficulties of youth extra-curricular sports training governance from the perspective of holistic governance,and puts forward the governance path.Realistic dilemma:There are such dilemmas as subject interest conflict,supply and demand structure imbalance,information sharing lag and policy system fault.Governace path:We should strengthen government leadership to balance the interests of the main bodies,promote industrial reform to improve the supply and demand structure,integrate technology systems to increase information sharing,and strengthen top-level design to improve the policy system.
