Operation Guarantee of After-School Delayed Sports Service in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the"Double Reduction"Policy
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value and dilemma of after-school delayed sports service under the"double reduction"policy,and put forward the guarantee strategy.Value:It promotes the construction of a collaborative education community between government,family,school and community,helps the coordinated development of physical exercise and cultural learning,promotes the open sharing of sports resources inside and outside schools,and promotes digital technology to empower school sports governance.Dilemma:The organization effectiveness is limited,and the coordination mechanism has not yet formed.The binding force of institutional rules is weak,and the working mechanism is not yet sound.The content of resource supply is limited,and the power of operation mechanism is insufficient.The digital technology support is insufficient,and the governance mechanisms are not yet perfect.Strategy:We should take multi-entity collaboration as the core to provide organizational guarantee for broad participation,take policy formulation as a measure to provide institutional guarantee for long-term development,provide resources for efficient services on the basis of multiple forms of supply,and support with digitalenablement to provide technical support for efficient governance.
