By using the methods of literature review and field research,this paper analyzed the effect,experience and prospect of community embedded sports and medicine integration pilot in China.Effect:The inclusive operation model is increasingly diversified,the support of information technology continues to strengthen,the forms of specialized projects are increasingly rich,and the precision service ability is significantly improved.Experience:It uses scientific planning to coordinate the layout of pilot construction,builds a pattern of co-construction and co-governance with the linkage of departments,innovates the concept of health in the form of popular science,and adapts factor resources to improve the ability of supply.Prospect:It should improve the planning and design to optimize the layout of space facilities,deepen mutual trust mechanisms to build a collaborative governance system,innovate ideas to improve scientific fitness literacy,and implement a series of projects to efficiently integrate resource elements.
