摘要
运用文献资料、比较研究、逻辑分析等方法,分析美国、英国和日本等发达国家城市体育公园建设经验,并提出对我国的启示.经验:以顶层设计为引领,推动建设过程标准化;以公私合作为路径,促进公园长效化发展;以公园系统为载体,激发多样化建设效益.启示:完善政策体系,加快高质量建设与发展;强化协同合作,打造上下联动治理格局;坚持协调布局,满足多元体育参与需求.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review,comparative research and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the experience of urban sports park construction in developed countries such as the United States,Britain and Japan,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Experience:They take top-level design as the lead to promote the standardization of the construction process,take public-private partnership as a path to promote the long-term development of the park,and take the park system as the carrier to stimulate the diversification of construction benefits.Enlightenment:We should improve the policy system to speed up high-quality construction and development,strengthen coordination and cooperation to build a top-down governance structure,and adhere to the coordinated layout to meet the needs of diverse sports participation.
