Practical Experience and Promotion Strategy for Niche Sports into the Campus
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper elaborated on the value of niche sports into the campus,explored practical experience,and proposed strategic to promote them.Value:It meets the diverse sports needs of students,enriches the connotation of school sports education,and cultivates niche sports reserve talents.Practical experience:They promote the linkage of multiple subjects to build a distinctive education model,formulate supporting policies and measures to build sports characteristic schools,and break down institutional barriers to jointly build a talent training system.Promotion strategy:We should give full play to the coordinating role of the government to improve the institutional guarantee system,pool the synergy of multiple entities to promote deeply integrated development,clarify the relationship between the powers and responsibilities of the main body to improve the system of personnel training,and integrate all sports resources and innovate the allocation of resource elements.
