By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper discussed the value and multi-dimensional mechanism of high-quality development of school sports from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,and put forward the practical path.Value:It stimulates new power,forms new synergy,and enhances sustainability.Multi-dimensional mechanism:Driving independent innovation to enhance the value of schools,driving collaborative innovation to enhance the value of organizations,and driving environmental innovation to enhance the value of systems.Practical path:We need to construct a new system of policy support to build synergy for development,optimize the internal governance structure of the school to improve the efficiency of internal governance,build a new model of organizational coordination to create a new pattern of of co-construction and sharing,and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff to stimulate their vitality.
