By using the methods of field investigation and case analysis,this paper discussed the development value and dilemma of youth sports clubs from the perspective of shared value,and put forward the development path.Value:It creates social benefits to bring social welfare to the public,meets public needs to promote common development among multiple parties.Dilemma:There are deviations in service positioning,limited resource complementarity,and insufficient cooperation results.Path:We should make the dual mission of"service+development"deepen the compatibility of ideas,"integration+complementation"multiple resources promote development effect,and"public welfare+common benefit"dual effects promote sustainable development.
