乡村学校体育的现实困囿与发展路径

运用文献资料等方法,分析乡村学校体育的价值、现实困囿,并提出发展路径.价值:发挥主体作用,激活乡村振兴内生动力;推动教育发展,促进构建高质量教育体系;培育后备人才,助力建成现代化体育强国.现实困囿:体育场馆分布不均,体育师资结构性短缺,体育育人功能发挥不佳,学校体育开展力度不足.发展路径:优化资源分配,满足不同地区学校发展需求;坚持强基固本,合力建设高质量师资队伍;聚焦育人内涵,充分利用各类资源创新育人模式;更新教学理念,不断丰富学校课外活动内容.
Abstract
By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the value and realistic dilemma of physical education in rural schools,and put forward the development path.Value:It plays a main role in activating the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization,promotes the development of education to facilitate the construction of a high-quality education system,cultivates reserve talents to help build a modern sports power.Realistic dilemma:The distribution of sports venues is uneven,the shortage of sports teachers is structural,the function of sports education is not well played,and the school sports development is insufficient.Development path:We should optimize the allocation of resources to meet the development needs of schools in different regions,insist on strengthening and consolidating the foundation to work together to build a high quality teaching staff,focus on the connotation of education and make full use of various resources to innovate education models,and renew teaching philosophy to enrich the content of extracurricular activities.
