运用文献资料、实地调研、逻辑分析等方法,检视共同富裕视域下村改居社区体育治理的价值、问题,并提出实践路径.价值:统筹推进全民健康的国家战略布局,打造现代化、生态化的体育经济增长点,满足居民多元化、多层次、多方位的体育需求.问题检视:多元主体共治效能偏低,公共体育服务供需失衡,治理配套保障机制缺失.实践路径:统筹发挥多元合力,提升体育治理效能;坚持体育惠民导向,增强均衡性和可及性;完善配套保障机制,确保治理执行效果.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review,field research and logical analysis,this paper examined the value and problems of sports governance in village-to-residence community from the perspective of common prosperity,and put forward the practical approach.Value:It comprehensively promotes the national strategic layout of national health,creates a modern and ecological sports economic growth point,and meets the diversified,multi-level and multi-directional sports needs of residents.Problem view:The efficiency of multi-subject co-governance is low,the supply and demand of public sports services are unbalanced,and the governance supporting guarantee mechanism is lacking.Practical approach:We should give full play to the diversity of joint efforts to enhance the effectiveness of sports governance,adhere to the orientation of sports benefiting the people to enhance the accessibility of balance,and improve supporting mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of governance implementation.
