摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从服务对象、治理主体、治理内容和价值功能剖析发达国家青少年体育赛事体系建设概况、经验,并提出对我国的启示.经验:始终坚持赛事面向人人理念,着力推进多元主体共治机制,提倡强化重点体育要素治理,注重释放多元价值功能.启示:持续优化青少年体育赛事系统,着重构建多元主体合力,重新定位要素治理需求,科学开发体育赛事功能.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the general situation and experience of youth sports event system construction in developed countries from the aspects of service object,governance subject,governance content and value function,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Experience:It always adheres to the concept of the event for everyone,strives to promote the multi-subject co-governance mechanism,advocates strengthening the governance of key sports elements,and pays attention to the release of multiple value functions.Enlightenment:We should continue to optimize the system of youth sports event,focus on building multi-subject joint efforts,reposition the needs of element governance,and scientifically develop the functions of sports event.
