摘要
运用文献资料和实地调研等方法,探究"数字化+网格化"赋能社区体医融合的价值、图景,并提出路径.价值:促进治理能力现代化,提升服务精细化水平,实现智慧平台综合化升级.图景:赋能机制明晰完善,形成社区治理新格局;智慧平台迭代升级,打造健康服务新途径;多元人才协同发展,树立服务团队新典范.路径:完善网格赋能机制,提升社区治理成效;借助现代信息技术,升级智慧健康服务平台;健全多元人才队伍,增强社区治理团队力量.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and field research,this paper explored the value and prospect of empowering the integration of community sports and medicine through digitization+gridding,and put forward the path.Value:It promotes the modernization of governance capabilities,improves the level of service refinement,and achieves the comprehensive upgrading of smart platforms.Prospect:The empowerment mechanism is clear and perfect,forming a new pattern of community governance;The intelligent platform is iteratively upgraded to create a new path for health services;The development of diverse talent collaboration establishes a new model for service teams.Path:We should improve the grid enabling mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of community governance;make use of modern information technology to upgrade the smart health service platform;and improve the diverse talent team to strengthen the strength of community governance team.
