Operation Mechanism and Implementation Path of Sports Traditional Characteristic School Collaborative Development Under CAS Theory
By using the methods of in-depth interview and case analysis,this paper analyzed the operation mechanism and dilemma of the collaborative development of sports traditional characteristic schools under the CAS theory,and put forward the implementation path.CAS representation of collaborative development of traditional sports schools is as follows:building blocks,streams,clusters,identifiers,diversity,nonlinearity,internal models.Operation mechanism is as follows:multiple cooperation mechanism and active activation mechanism.Dilemma:The gathering channels of teachers and students are blocked,the development of service management organizations is imperfect,and the advantages of resource security are not fully utilized.Implementation path:We should promote the flow and aggregation of teachers and students,improve the service management organization,and integrate resources to ensure advantages.
