By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper probed into the value and dilemma of the development of Chinese youth sports competition in the new era,and put forward strategies.Value:It excavates the inner education function of competition to promote the all-round development of people,enriches campus activities through competitions to promote school sports work,and leverages talent training through competition to compel the development of competitive sports.Dilemma:The purpose of the competition goal is differentiated,the synergy effect of competition is not sufficiently played,and the construction of competition system needs to be further perfected.Strategy:We should adhere to the people-oriented competition concept to form a unified educational goal,integrate all kinds of competition resources to play a synergistic role,and improve the competition system to promote efficient implementation of policies.
