Experience and Enlightenment of Australian Competitive Sports Governance from the Perspective of National Capacity
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper reviewed the history and experience of competitive sports governance in Australia from the perspective of national capacity,and put forward the enlightenment for China.Australian competitive sports governance has experienced three periods:gestation period,exploration period and achievement period.Governance experience:It strengthens multi-party interaction to build a multi-subject governance pattern,strengthens the assessment of resource allocation to guarantee the rational use of resources,highlights the humanistic value to support the operation of high-performance sports system,and promotes the timeliness of sports governance to optimize governance ability.Enlightenment:We should improve the mechanism of coordinated governance to build an all-round cooperative partnership,strengthen performance evaluation to improve the level of total factor resource allocation and evaluation,build a framework for personnel training to lay a solid foundation for personnel training,and refine the rules of competitive sports governance to improve the overall governance level.
