By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the tasks and problems of the high-quality development of swimming industry in China under the new development pattern,and put forward the path.Task essence:It is driven by data elements to achieve scientific and technological innovation self-reliance.It is guided by environmental differences to enhance the resilience of industrial supply chains.It aims to create a harmonious market ecological environment with green and low-carbon goals.Problem:The high-tech perception ability needs to be improved,the key links of the industrial supply chain are insufficient,and the degree of intelligent and information supervision is not high.Path:We should enhance the technological innovation capacity with the green and low-carbon concept,facilitate the smooth connection of the circulation chain with refined identification and analysis,and protect the public's rights and interests with institutional innovation and digital intelligence guidance.
