By using the methods of literature review and survey-based research,this research explored the value and dilemma of the high-quality development of China's surfing industry in the new stage of development,and put forward the development path.Value:It innovates the supply of natural resources to cultivate new quality productivity of surfing,improves the construction of surfing facilities to enrich the supply of surfing products and services,and promotes the integration of"sports,tourism and culture"to meet the needs of the people for high-quality life.Development dilemma:The spatial distribution of the competition is highly concentrated,and the space for industrial development is relatively insufficient.The training of talents started late,and the supply of industrial talents is short.The deep integration of sports,tourism and culture is insufficient,and the carrier of integration is relatively lacking.Development path:It should fit the construction of"five directions and three points"industrial agglomeration area and expand the industrial development space,enhance the quality and efficiency of talent training to perfect the supply of industrial talents,and strengthen the carrier construction to promote the deep integration of surfing"sports,tourism and culture".
