摘要

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析提升专业运动员义务教育阶段文化教育水平的价值、现实情况,并提出提升路径.价值:提高运动员竞技能力,促进运动员可持续发展,塑造运动员正确价值观.现实情况:目标协同有待提升,资源协同亟须优化,组织协同有待完善.提升路径:建立目标协同,明确人才培养方向;形成资源协同,双方优势互补;构建组织协同,形成统一管理.

Abstract

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value and reality of promoting the cultural education of professional athletes in the stage of compulsory education,and put forward the promotion path.Value:It improves the competitive ability of athletes,promotes the sustainable development of athletes,and shapes the correct values of athletes.Reality:Goal coordination needs to be improved,resource coordination needs to be optimized,and organizational coordination needs to be improved.Improving path:We should establish goal coordination to make clear the direction of talent training;form resource synergy to complement each other's strengths;and build organizational coordination to form unified management.
