By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and field investigation,this paper analyzed the connotation,value and dilemma of the development of"double creation"of sports intangible cultural heritage with digital empowerment,and put forward the path.Value:It enriches the cultural connotation,innovates the form of expression,optimizes the means of inheritance,and improves the way of protection.Dilemma:The development of achievements is not balanced,the support of digital technology is weak,the participation of multiple entities is insufficient,and the supervision system is not perfect.Path:We should adopt a coordinated development strategy to promote balanced development of achievements,strengthen digital infrastructure to enhance digital technology empowerment,encourage the participation of multiple entities to enhance the ability to drive innovation,and enhance the construction of the regulatory system to ensure the orderly operation of the market.
