Resource Guarantee System of Youth Football in China from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education
By using the methods of Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and field research,this paper explored the natural logical and realistic dilemma of Chinese youth football resource guarantee system from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,and put forward the optimization path. Natural logic:The integration of sports and education opens up development space and provides policy guarantee for the reform of youth football. The quality and quantity of school sports have been greatly developed,and the foundation for the cultivation of football reserve talents has been strengthened. The joint participation of multiple subjects enriches and optimizes the youth football resource guarantee system. Dilemma:The source of special funds is single,the quality and quantity of infrastructure are insufficient,the number and quality of youth football coaches are insufficient,and the performance incentive and evaluation of coaches are unbalanced. Optimization path:We should raise funds from multiple parties to set up a multi-subject participation of youth football development guarantee path,establish a football field resource sharing mechanism to integrate the football field facilities resource path of sports-education-society-enterprise,build a channel for the flow of coaches of youth training clubs and campus football teachers to carry out the support path for football coach talents through the integration of sports and education,and improve the performance evaluation mechanism of football coaches and teachers to optimize the management evaluation path of the integration of sports and education.
