By using the methods of literature review,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the advancing logic and dilemma of the allocation of senior-friendly fitness facilities in communities endowed by Chinese modernization,and put forward the promotion strategy.Advancing logic:We should insist that people-centered is the core requirement,meeting the needs of the people for a better life is the development goal,sharing the fruits of social development is the right direction,and self-reliance in sports science and technology is the driving force.Dilemma:They are the structural imbalance of supply and demand,the imperfect coordination mechanism,the obstacles of integration management,and the inadequacy of digital policies and systems.Strategy:We should evolve from policy-driven to demand-driven,from government-led to social entities,from decentralized management to frame-based management,and from factor-driven to innovation-driven.
