By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper analyzed the value implication and dilemma of the cultivation of national fitness culture in rural areas,and put forward the practical path.Value implication:It promotes the development of rural industries to facilitate economic revitalization,shapes the collective norms of villages to improve the efficiency of governance,and inherits the traditional sports culture to cultivate the civilized village style.Dilemma:The basic conditions are not sufficient,the linkage mechanism is not perfect,and the social atmosphere is not strong.Practical path:We should make up for the shortcomings of rural sports facilities to firmly build the cornerstone of cultural cultivation,establish an all-round working mechanism to build a culture cultivation system together,and actively create the rural sports atmosphere to stimulate the vitality of cultural cultivation.
