全国足球发展重点城市青训治理路径研究

摘要
为提升全国足球发展重点城市青训治理水平,采用文献资料法、实地调查法等,分析全国足球发展重点城市青训治理实践特征与现存问题,并提出未来治理路径.研究认为:全国足球发展重点城市青训治理存在多元主体治理结构失衡、体制改革缺乏配套制度创新、评价方式不利于地方差异化发展等问题.未来全国足球发展重点城市应优化青训主体治理结构,加强青训体制机制建设,改进重点城市评价方法,从而不断提升青训治理水平,为重点城市因地制宜走特色化青训发展道路提供参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the governance level of youth training in key cities of national football development,this study adopts the methods of literature and field investigation to analyze the practical characteristics and existing problems about the governance practice of youth training in key cities of national football development,and then puts forward several governance paths in the future.The study holds that there are many problems in the governance of youth training in key cities of national football development,such as the imbalance of multi-subject governance structure,the lack of supporting system innovation in system reform,and the evaluation method is not conducive to differentiated local development.The research suggests that in the future,the key cities of national football development should optimize the main governance structure of youth training,strengthening the construction of youth training system and mechanism,and improving the evaluation method of key cities,so as to continuously improve the governance level of youth football training,which could provide reference for key cities to follow the development path of special youth training based on their local conditions.
