Exploration on connotation and realization pathway of high-quality development of physical education
This study explores the connotation and realization pathway of high-quality development of physical education through the methods of literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis.The research concludes that the connotation of high-quality development of physical education is the more comprehensive and superior development of individuals in the process of optimizing development.The value focus of high-quality development of physical education is to accelerate physical health,stimulate interest and generate aspirations,improve learning and form capabilities,and shape spirits through diligent practice and frequent competitions.The high-quality development of physical education is constrained by various factors,including cognitive biases and bottlenecks that need to be urgently broken through.To achieve the high-quality development of physical education,it is necessary to grasp the development rudder firmly,lay a solid foundation for development,stabilize the development basis,and endow with development capabilities,which is to lay the disciplinary educational foundation for the construction of a high-quality development system for physical education and also provide a new perspective in order to perfect the cultivation system for higher-quality talent.
