摘要
桥式起重机是科技进步发展的重要工程质量保证设备之一,为确保桥式起重机的安全,本文以单钩起重重量最大的1 300 t桥式起重机为研究对象,提出一种布置应变片的方法,对桥式起重机进行载荷试验,针对特殊工况和位置进行强度和刚度检测,实验数据显示应力值以及上供下挠度均在范围内,验证了测点布置方法的准确性,对起重机的检验检测和安全评估有重要的工程意义.
Abstract
Bridge Crane is one of the important engineering quality assurance equipment for the progress and de-velopment of science and technology.In order to ensure the safety of Bridge Crane,taking the 1 300 t Bridge Crane with the largest lifting weight of single hook as the research object,this paper proposes a method of arranging strain gauges to carry out load test on Bridge Crane,and detect the strength and stiffness according to special working conditions and positions.The experimental data show that the stress value and the upper supply and lower deflec-tion are within the range,which verifies the accuracy of the measuring point layout method,and has important engi-neering significance for the inspection,detection and safety evaluation of the Crane.
