摘要

以制备出一种优良的耐火浇注料结合剂为目的,采用硝酸镁、硝酸铝、硝酸铬和柠檬酸为主要原料制备复合溶胶,通过改变Cr3+浓度研究复合溶胶的性能变化情况.实验结果表明,Cr3+浓度在(945.4~3 781.6)mg/L,pH在7~9之间,在室温下溶胶具有很好的稳定性,Cr3+浓度对溶胶的粘度基本无影响,溶胶干燥煅烧后生成物相均为镁铝尖晶石,有望能够用作耐火浇注料的结合剂.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to prepare an excellent binder for refractory castable binder,magnesium ni-trate,aluminum nitrate,chromium nitrate and citric acid are used as the main raw materials to prepare composite sol,and the performance change of composite sol is studied by changing the concentration of Cr3+.The experimen-tal results show that the concentration of Cr3+is between(945.4~3 781.6)mg/L and the pH is between 7~9,the sol has good stability at room temperature.The concentration of Cr3+has basically no effect on the viscosity of the sol.The sol is dried and calcined to form a phase,they are all Mg-Al spinel,which is expected to be used as a binder for refractory castables.
