摘要
针对不相同两部件的单设备生产系统,提出基于0-1规划的单机调度和视情维修的联合策略.以调度作业的序列和不相同两部件视情维修的0-1逻辑变量作为决策变量,建立最小化加权总期望完成时间为优化目标的联合决策模型.推导了不同两部件组合的维修概率和概率密度的计算通式.通过数值分析实验,验证了该联合模型的准确性和有效性.
Abstract
Aiming at the single-equipment production system with a different two components,a joint strategy of single machine scheduling and condition-based maintenance based on 0-1 planning was proposed.A joint model with minimum weighted total expected completion time as the optimization objective,in which job scheduling se-quence and condition-based maintenance with 0-1 logical variables as decision variables.The general formulas for calculating maintenance probability and probability density of different combinations of two components are de-rived.Numerical analysis experiments verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the joint model.
