摘要

利用湿式氧化技术处理市政污泥,研究了几种单一活性组分负载型非均相催化剂和几种多活性组分负载型非均相催化剂在不同工艺条件下对污泥湿式氧化的催化效果.结果表明制负载型催化剂的浸渍液活性组分最佳浓度为1 mol/L.在反应温度为210 ℃,初始氧分压为1.0 MPa工条件下催化剂添加量为4 g/L时,单一活性组分催化剂Cu/γ-Al2O3和Ce/γ-Al2O3的催化活性最好,反应90 min后TCOD去除率分别可达61.1%和55.9%,TSS去除分率别可达68.1%和75.6%,VSS去除分率别可达98.7%和96%,且在TCOD去除中Cu/γ-A12O3和Ce/γ-Al2O3分别在反应前期和后期催化作用较优.多活性组分催化剂Cu-Ce在TCOD、TSS、VSS的去除中都表现出了 一定的协同催化作用,而Cu-Fe和Cu-Co只对TSS的去除分别具有一定的协同催化作用,可能是由于本实验在制催化剂时所设置的双活性组分的占比未到达其最优的协同作用所需比值,有待深入研究.

Abstract

Effects of several single-active component-loaded non-homogeneous catalysts and several multi-active component-loaded non-homogeneous catalysts on wet oxidation of sludge under the optimal process conditions were examined respectively.Results showed that the optimal concentration of active component in the impregnation solution of the loaded catalyst was 1 mol/L.Catalytic activities of the single-active component catalysts Cu/γ-Al2O3 and Ce/γ-Al2O3 were the best at the catalyst addition of 4 g/L under optimal process conditions.The best catalytic activ-ity was achieved at reaction time with 90 min,where TCOD,TSS and VSS removal rates achieved 61.1%,68.1%,98.7%and 55.9%,75.6%,96%,respectively,and the catalytic effects of Cu/γ-Al2O3 and Ce/γ-Al2O3 were bet-ter in the early and late stages of the reaction in TCOD removal,respectively.The multi-active component catalysts Cu-Ce showed some synergistic effect in the removal of TCOD,TSS and VSS,while Cu-Fe and Cu-Co only showed some synergistic effect in the removal of TSS,respectively.It was probably because the ratio of the two active com-ponents set in this experiment did not reach the required ratio for the optimal synergistic effect,which needs further experimental study.
