摘要
以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和KCl为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用简单水热法在150 ℃、18 h条件下,通过浓氨水调节不同pH值制备出具有片状结构的光催化剂BiOCl.利用XRD、SEM、DRS等分析手段表征了样品,并以氙灯为光源,甲基橙(MO)为降解物,测试了不同pH条件下样品的光催化活性,结果表明:不同pH值对合成样品的物相、形貌、禁带宽度和光催化性能影响较大,在pH=7时合成的BiOCl光催化效果最佳,在60 min内对甲基橙降解率达到了 97.47%,降解反应表现为一级动力学.
Abstract
Using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and KCl as raw materials and anhydrous ethanol as sol vent,the BiOCl photo-catalyst with a sheet structure is prepared by simple hydrothermal method at 150 ℃ and 18h through changing pH values of concentrated ammonia water,and the samples are characterized by XRD、SEM and DRS,The xenon lamp is used as light source and methyl orange(MO)is chosed as the object of degradation,the photocatalytic properties of the samples under different pH conditions are investigated,the results show that the phase composition of sam-ples with different pH value on synthesis,morphology and forbidden band width have a greater influence on the cat-alytic properties.The optimum photocatalytic property of the BiOCl powder synthesized at pH=7 is found and the degradation rate of MO reaches 97.47%at 60 min under xenon lamp irradiation,and the degradation reaction showed first-order kinetics.
