摘要

气垫带式输送机因为将传统滚动摩擦替换为空气摩擦,所以总功率应该小于普通带式输送机,然而实际中功率消耗并不小.存在原因有供风方式不合适,造成很大的能量损耗,甚至出现空载飘带现象.通过改变供风方式,可以合理控制风压和风量,使输送带能够平稳支撑并运行.在保证气室大小及形状及总流量不变,只改变入口数量的情况下,通过ANSYS分析不同供气情况下气膜的压力分布情况,结果显示分流后气膜压力显著增大.

Abstract

Because the air cushion belt conveyor replaces the traditional rolling friction with air friction,the total power should be less than that of an ordinary belt conveyor,but the actual power consumption is not small.The rea-son is that the air supply method is not suitable,which causes a lot of energy losses and even the phenomenon of no-load streamers.By changing the air supply mode,the air pressure and air volume can be reasonably controlled,so that the conveyor belt can be supported and run smoothly.In this paper,under the condition that the size and shape of the gas chamber and the total flow are unchanged,and only the number of inlets is changed,the pressure distribution of the gas film under different air supply conditions is analyzed through ANSYS,and the results show that the gas film pressure increases significantly after the split.
