摘要

针对负载敏感多路阀阀口空化严重的现象,利用Fluent中的多相流模型对多路阀阀芯U+ U型组合节流口的空化现象进行仿真分析,通过Solidworks建立具有不同长度C、宽度R、深度b的组合节流口三维模型,将节流口三维模型在Workbench中进行流道抽取,采用Fluent对抽取的流道模型进行模拟仿真,通过对36 组数据对比分析,得到了大U型槽的深度、宽度、长度对多路阀阀芯节流口处气体体积分数值的影响规律.

Abstract

The multi-phase flow model in fluent is used to simulate and analyze the cavitation phenomenon of U + U-shaped combined throttle of multi-way valve core.The three-dimensional model of combined throttle with differ-ent length C,width R and depth B is established through SolidWorks.The three-dimensional model of throttle is ex-tracted in workbench,and the extracted channel model is simulated by fluent,Through the comparative analysis of 36 groups of data,the influence law of the depth,width and length of the large U-groove on the gas volume fraction at the throttle of the multi-way valve core is obtained.
