In this paper,the solid model of 1860 grade seven wire high-strength steel strand is established by using the finite element software ABAQUS,and the corrosion pit is preset on it to simulate and analyze the phenomenon of stress concentration.By changing the size parameters of semi-circular spherical corrosion pit and triaxial ellipsoid corrosion pit,the influence of its corresponding stress concentration is studied,and the influence of length,width and depth on the stress concentration factor of high-strength steel strand is comprehensively compared in the ellip-soidal corrosion pit.The conclusions are as follows:in the semi-circular spherical corrosion pit,the stress concentra-tion factor increases with the gradual increase of radius size.When the pit radius is small,the growth rate is faster,and when the size increases to a certain value,the growth rate slows down.In the ellipsoidal corrosion pit,the stress concentration factor decreases with the increase of length,while the stress concentration factor increases with the increase of width and depth.Fitting the stress concentration factor corresponding to each size change shows an obvi-ous linear relationship.Among them,depth has the greatest influence on stress concentration,while there is little difference between width factor and length factor.The reliability of the model is verified by comparing the influence law of corrosion pit on steel wire and combined with the fatigue test results of suspender.
