摘要

电液伺服系统的实际应用场合需要同时控制位置和压力,如滚切剪、矫直机、液压机等成型机械.传统阀控系统响应快、精度高,能效低,传统泵控系统响应慢、精度低,能效高.本文将兼顾性能和效能的泵阀并联驱动回路应用于位置压力复合控制系统,针对位置控制和压力控制切换过程中存在冲击现象,提出一种阻抗控制方案,该方案以位置控制为内环、以压力控制为外环.仿真表明该方案消除了位置和压力切换过程的冲击,实现了位置和压力的同时控制,在不同负载下,对于不同期望压力与期望位置,均有良好的控制性能.

Abstract

The practical application of electro-hydraulic servo system requires simultaneous control of position and pressure,such as rolling shear,leverller,hydraulic presses and other forming machines.The traditional valve control system has fast response,high accuracy and low energy efficiency,while the traditional pump control system has slow response,low accuracy and high energy efficiency.In this paper,the parallel pump-valve drive circuit pro-posed by the group is applied to the position-pressure hybrid control system,and an impedance control scheme is proposed for the shock phenomenon in the switching process of position control and pressure control,which takes position control as the inner loop and pressure control as the outer loop.The simulation shows that the scheme elim-inates the shock in the switching process of position and pressure,realizes the simultaneous control of position and pressure,and has good control performance for different desired pressure and desired position under different loads.
