摘要

建立了四种粘弹性减振元件模型,即Maxwell模型、Zener模型、分数阶Maxwell模型以及分数阶Zener模型,这些模型均可用于工程机械隔振系统中.给出了四种模型的本构方程以及复刚度表达式.在此基础上,建立了单自由度基础简谐激励隔振系统模型.通过对运动方程参数无量纲化,推导了频响函数,作出幅频特性曲线和相频特性曲线,讨论阻尼比以及分数阶阶次对基础位移激励作用下的振幅以及相位角的影响.通过分析参数变化趋势的影响,为设计出合理的参数值提供一定的理论依据,从而达到更好的隔振效果.

Abstract

Four kinds of viscoelastic vibration isolator models,namely Maxwell model,Zener model,fractional Max-well model and fractional Zener model,are established,which can be used in the modeling of the vibration isolation systems of construction machinery.The constitutive equations and complex stiffness expressions of the four models are given.Based on this,a single-degree-of-freedom model of the base vibration isolation system with simple har-monic excitation is established.By dimensionless parameterization of the motion equation,the frequency response function is derived,and the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristic curves are obtained.The effects of damping ratio and fractional order on the amplitude and phase angle are discussed.By analyzing the influence of parameter variation trend,it provides certain theoretical basis for designing reasonable parameter value,so as to achieve an expected vibration isolation effect.
