摘要

作为一种有潜质的电介质材料,微晶玻璃材料得以广泛研究.目前开展的相关研究都聚焦于材料体系与结构的优化,而有关制备工艺对性能的影响鲜有报导.本研究在之前工作基础上,系统性的研究了熔融法与烧结法两种不同的制备工艺对磷酸盐体系微晶玻璃的结构、介电与储能特性的影响.结果表明,采用熔融法所制备的微晶玻璃具有更有序的显微结构,同时获得了更高的介电常数和更低的介电损耗,兼具最佳的能量释放特性与能量效率的特性.

Abstract

As one of the potential dielectric materials,glass-ceramic composites have been widely studied.However,the relevant researches are focused on the optimization of the material system and its structure,the influence of the preparation process on the properties is rarely reported.On the basis of the previous work,this work studied the in-fluence of two different processes,including the melting method and sintering method,on the structure,dielectric and energy storage properties of the phosphate glass ceramics systematically.The results showed that the glass-ce-ramics prepared by melting method shared more ordered microstructure,higher dielectric constant,lower dielectric loss,better energy release characteristics as well as the higher energy efficiency.
