In order to improve the service efficiency of the automated three-dimensional garage,this paper takes a flat mobile automated three-dimensional garage in Taiyuan City as an example,and optimises the relevant configu-ration of its system based on the queuing theory model.Firstly,based on the M/M/1 queuing model,the relation-ship between the average length of stay of customers and the number of entrances and exits is analysed;then,based on the M/M/C queuing model and combined with the numerical simulation results of Matlab,the number of four-point synchronous lifting mechanisms and handling trolleys are matched,and the layout of the storage spaces is op-timised.The unified scheduling,management and coordination of related equipment in the system is realised.
