Research the influence of laser processing parameters on the processing depth and quality of the matc-hing materials for the slipper pairs of high-pressure axial piston pumps,and process micro pits with specific shape parameters as required.By using laser processing equipment to process micro pits on the surface of sliding shoes,the influence of laser processing frequency,laser power,laser scanning frequency,and laser frequency on the pro-cessing depth and quality of micro pits was analyzed in sequence.The research results showed that the processing frequency had the greatest impact on the depth of micro pits,and the depth reached about 260 μm after 15 process-ing times;As the laser power increases,the depth of micro pits increases.When the power reaches 70%,the depth is about 100 μm;As the scanning speed increases,the depth of micro pits decreases.When the scanning speed is 200 mm/s,the depth is about 140 μm;The frequency has little effect on the depth of micro pits,and the overall depth of pits ranges from 100 μm to 120 μm.
