摘要

为研究分层空心圆柱滚子的静力接触特性,在ABAQUS软件中建立了内圈-滚子-外圈有限元静力学接触模型,对比分析了内空心圆柱滚子材料、空心率、载荷对分层空心圆柱滚子的静态接触特性的影响.结果表明,降低内空心圆柱滚子材料弹性模量可以增大分层空心滚子径向接触变形量,增大外空心圆柱滚子内壁应力,降低内空心圆柱滚子内壁应力;分层空心圆柱滚子空心率的降低能够减小滚子径向接触变形量,降低内、外空心圆柱滚子内壁应力;随着滚子外加载荷增大,分层空心滚子径向接触变形量增大,内、外空心圆柱滚子内壁应力增大.

Abstract

To study the static contact characteristics of layered hollow cylindrical rollers,an inner ring-roller-outer ring finite element static contact model was established in ABAQUS software,and the effects of inner hollow cylin-drical roller material,hollow rate and radial load on the static contact characteristics of layered hollow cylindrical rollers were compared and analyzed.The results showed that with the decrease of the elasticity modulus of inner hollow cylindrical roller material,the radial contact deformation of layered hollow roller increases,the inner wall stress of outer hollow cylindrical roller increases and the inner wall stress of inner hollow cylindrical roller decrea-ses;with the decrease of hollow rate of layered hollow cylindrical rollers,the radial contact deformation of the roll-ers,and the internal and external hollow cylindrical roller wall stress decrease;with the increase of the external load of the roller,the radial contact deformation of the layered hollow cylindrical roller increases,and the inner wall stress of the inner and outer hollow cylindrical roller increases.
