Aiming at the problems of low luminous efficiency and lead toxicity in Mn2+ion doped CsPbCl3 quantum dots,the(Mn,Ce)∶CsPbCl3 quantum dots were prepared by improved heat implantation method.The energy trans-fer from the main lattice to Mn2+emission caused by the 4f-5d intrinsic transition of Ce3+ions are used to enhance Mn2+emission.The results show that the introduction of rare earth ion Ce3+helps to improve the energy transfer ef-ficiency from exciton to Mn2+,so as to improve the photoluminescence quantum efficiency of quantum dots.When the feed ratio of PbCl2∶MnCl2∶CeCl3 is 1∶1∶0.5,the quantum yield is 19%,which is 33 times higher than that of pure CsPbCl3 quantum dots.Moreover,a white light-emitting diode based on(Mn,Ce)∶CsPbCl3 quantum dot com-posite phosphors was prepared.The changes of electroluminescence intensity,color rendering index(CRI)and col-or temperature with driving current were studied.When the driving current was 20 mA,the color temperature was 3 000 K,and the CRI was 81.9.
