In the assembled structure,the connection between components plays an important role of the whole structure,and its reliability indexes of connection strength and deformation restrict the development of assembled buildings.In this paper,a new type of three-tube rebar connector between prefabricated concrete components was proposed,with two specific construction forms of welded and integral connectors.Relevant experimental research was carried out to determine its feasibility.The results showed that this type of rebar connector had good force transmission ability.The main influence factor of the reliability of welded connectors was the quality of the weld,while the main influence factor of the reliability of integral rebar connectors was the thickness of the sleeve.The mechanical performance of integral rebar connectors was better than that of welded rebar connectors under the same conditions.The heights of two kinds of connectors were proposed re-spectively.
