明挖城市隧道超近并行既有地铁主动加固关键技术研究

本文结合西安市幸福路北延伸工程实例,在主线下穿通道处采用大跨径管幕+抗拔桩的超前主动加固体系.即在既有地铁盾构顶部土体未卸载的情况下,先行施工钢管管幕,然后利用承台将管幕、钢筋混凝土抗拔桩形成组合抗隆起结构.相比于以前类似工程的被动加固体系,施工质量更容易得到控制,施工工序也得到进一步简化.经有限元分析,本加固体系能够满足地铁盾构变形等指标要求,为后期类似工程提供一些参考.
Based on the North Extension Project of Xingfu Road,This paper adopted a large-span pipe cur-tain+anti uplift pile advanced active reinforcement system at the underpass of the main line.In this way,the steel pipe curtain was first constructed without unloading the soil at the top of the existing tunnel,and then the pipe curtain and reinforced concrete anti uplift piles were formed into a combined anti uplift structure using a bearing platform.Compared with the passive reinforcement system of similar projects in the past,the construc-tion quality was easier to control and the construction process has also been further simplified.Through finite el-ement analysis,this reinforcement system can meet the requirements of deformation and other indicators for tun-neling,which would provid some reference for similar projects in the future.
