摘要

本文针对雄安新区某整节段预制拼装综合管廊纵向锁紧螺栓连接进行相关设计研究.预制管节采用10.9级高强螺栓连接,两舱管廊沿腋角设置8个螺栓.施工时通过管廊周圈均布的12根油缸同步顶推、挤压止水胶条,达到止水胶条最优压缩率后,采用高强螺栓锁定拉力.静力工况验算,得出两舱预制管节连接需选用8根M42的10.9级螺栓方可满足要求.抗震工况验算,采用反应位移法验算E1、E2作用下接头抗震性能,螺栓均未屈服处于弹性工作状态.相关内容可为同类工程提供参考.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the design and research of bolt connection about prefabricated utility tunnel in Xiong'an New Area.The prefabricated pipe joints were connected with 10.9 grade high-strength bolts,and 8 bolts are set along the armpits of the two tank pipe galleries.During construction,12 oil cylinders evenly distribu-ted around the tunnel were used to synchronously push and compress the sealing rubber strip.After achieving the optimal compression rate of the sealing rubber strip,high-strength bolts were used to lock the tension.Under static working condition,it was concluded that 8 M42 grade 10.9 bolts were required for the connection of prefabricated pipe joints between the two compartments to meet the requirements.Under seismic condition the bolts were not yielding and were in an elastic working state.This paper can be used as reference for similar projects.
