克泥效在盾构下穿工程中应用效果的研究

盾构穿越特级、一级风险工程时,忽略开挖间隙的影响难以达到沉降的控制要求,克泥效是一种能够补强开挖间隙并减小盾构推进摩擦力的填充材料.本文采用试验研究和数值模拟的方法,分析了克泥效在盾构下穿施工过程中的应用效果,并和工程实际的监测数据进行对比,结果表明:采用克泥效填充开挖间隙可以有效减小盾构施工造成的土体沉降,适用于沉降控制要求较高的下穿工程.
When shield tunneling passes through special and first level risk projects,it is difficult to achieve settlement control requirements by ignoring the influence of excavation gaps.Mud control effect is a filling mate-rial that can strengthen excavation gaps and reduce shield tunneling friction.This article adopted experimental research and numerical simulation methods to analyze the application effect of clay filling effect in shield tunne-ling construction process,and compared it with actual monitoring data of the project.The results showed that using clay filling effect to fill excavation gaps can effectively reduce soil settlement caused by shield tunneling construction.From this,it can be concluded that the mud control effect is suitable for underpass projects with high settlement control requirements.
