For wind turbines situated in complex mountainous terrain, minimizing excavation work,environ-mental impact, and ensuring slope stability and turbine safety are critical objectives. To address these challen-ges,a novel type of foundation, the tube-supported foundation,is proposed. This paper investigates the concep-tual design and stress characteristics of this innovative foundation. The influence of the side slope height differ-ence on the foundation is analyzed in detail based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method. The main control standards and loads of the foundation are studied. The finite element analysis method is used to an-alyze the structural bearing capacity, and a segmented construction method based on foundation strength is pro-posed.The interaction and deformation of the tube-supported foundation and the underlying bedrock are studied using the strength reduction coefficient method.Comparative analysis indicates that the comprehensive benefits of the tube-supported foundation and wind turbine platform are obvious.
