变形控制下埋地给水排水聚乙烯管道的覆土条件

摘要
根据埋地聚乙烯(PE)管道采用柔性管道模型时的判定条件,通过计算分析,得到不同标准尺寸比(SDR)下管侧土的界限综合变形模量,来反向判断不同标准尺寸比的埋地聚乙烯管道的计算分析模型.介绍柔性管道变形计算分析,通过工程实例进一步计算分析在变形控制下,其不同标准尺寸比、管侧土综合变形模量与管顶最大允许覆土厚度三者之间的关系.在管顶覆土厚度和管道环刚度一定的情况下,管道竖向直径变形率与标准尺寸比之间存在反比例关系.提高管侧土综合变形模量比提高管道标准尺寸比,对管顶允许覆土厚度的加大有更明显的效果.
Abstract
Based on the relative stiffness determination equation of buried polyethylene(PE)pipes,the comprehensive deformation modulus of soil surrounding the flexible pipe under different standard dimension rati-os(SDR)is obtained.This paper introduces the deformation calculations for flexible pipes.Through engineer-ing examples,the relationship between different SDR,comprehensive deformation modulus of soil surrounding the pipe,and the maximum allowable soil covering thickness is analyzed under controlled deformation condition.Comparing with SDR,the comprehensive deformation modulus of the soil has a more obvious effect on increasing the allowable covering soil thickness.
