摘要
介绍了不锈钢快速锁局部修复技术的原理、材料及优点,针对现有不锈钢快速锁设计依据欠缺的问题,通过设置加载装置,进行了不锈钢快速锁的承载性能试验.通过将试验结果与以往屈曲设计公式计算理论值的对比,分析了偏差原因.最后,根据试验结果采用最小二乘法的回归分析方法获得了不锈钢快速锁局部修复技术的壁厚设计公式,对于后续研究及工程应用具有参考意义.
Abstract
This paper introduced the principle,material and advantages of stainless steel quick lock partial repair technology.In view of the lack of design basis for the existing stainless steel quick lock,the bearing per-formance test of the stainless steel quick lock was carried out by setting the loading device.Based on comparing the experimental results with the theoretical values calculated by the previous buckling design formula,the rea-sons for the deviation were analyzed.Finally,according to the experimental results,the wall thickness design formula of stainless steel quick lock partial repair technology was obtained by using the regression analysis meth-od of the lowest square method,which would have certain reference significance for the follow-up research and engineering application.
