为了更好地实现建筑效果,在常熟电视塔结构设计中优化整体布置方案,创新节点连接形式——将斜杆内收于塔面横杆内侧,斜杆与塔柱节点连接隐藏于塔柱内侧,塔柱法兰盘肋板连接在保证塔柱有效连接的同时,兼为斜杆与主柱连接板.基于结构安全考虑,利用有限元软件对常熟电视塔节点进行了有限元分析.结果表明,法兰盘肋板及连接板的Mises应力满足设计要求,有效保证节点安全,可应用于工程实际.
In order to achieve better architectural performance,the overall layout is optimized and innovative node connection forms are introduced in the design of the Changshu TV Tower.Specifically,the diagonal brac-ing within the tower's horizontal beam is concealed and the connection between the diagonal bracing and the tow-er column is positioned on the inner side of the column.Additionally,flange-rib plates for connecting the tower column are used to ensure effective structural connections while serving as connection plates for the diagonal bracing and the main column.For safety considerations,finite element analysis of the nodes of the Changshu TV Tower is conducted using specialized software.The results indicate that the Mises stress in the flange-rib plates and connection plates meets design requirements,effectively ensuring the safety of the nodes.Therefore,this design approach can be applied in practical engineering scenarios.
