本文以某实际砖混结构项目为研究对象,在分析该建筑倾斜原因的基础上,综合考虑施工可行性及可控性、周边环境影响、经济性指标等因素,选用顶升法进行纠倾.纠倾前对基础及底层墙体进行加固以保证纠倾过程中结构安全性,纠倾完成后对基础墙体的缝隙进行有效连接,预防复倾.之后对上部承重墙体采取了耕缝加筋的加固措施,在不减小房间净使用面积的同时保证了结构的安全.
Based on an actual brick-concrete structure as the research object,firstly,the reasons of the tilt of the building were analyzed.Secondly,considering factors such as construction feasibility and controllability,surrounding environmental impact,and economic indicators,the jack-up method was selected for inclination rectification.Before the rectification,the foundation and bottom wall were reinforced to ensure structural safety during the correction process.After the rectification,the gaps in the foundation wall were effectively connected to prevent re-tilting.At last,reinforcement measures were taken to reinforce the upper load-bearing wall by chiseling open brick joints and inserting steel bars,which ensured the safety of the structure without reducing the net usable area of the room.
