为了进一步控制水池防水混凝土的裂缝,阐述钙类膨胀剂的缺点和氧化镁膨胀剂的优点,结合水池防水混凝土的少缝无缝设计理念,提出了水池延迟膨胀持续补偿收缩防水混凝土的概念,论述了延迟膨胀持续补偿收缩防水混凝土的设计及施工要点,并将其应用于某30万t/d净水厂中.应用表明:氧化镁膨胀剂具有延迟膨胀持续补偿收缩的优点,能较好地弥补传统钙类膨胀剂的缺点,其可实现给水排水工程中的水池、泵房类构筑物的无缝少缝设计.可为同类水池、泵房类构筑物的设计提供参考.
In order to further control the cracks in the waterproof concrete of the water tank,the shortcom-ings of calcium-based expansive agents and the advantages of magnesium-based expansive agents were expoun-ded.Combined with the design concept of waterproof concrete for water tanks with few or no seam,the con-cept of delayed expansion and continuous compensation shrinkage waterproof concrete for pools was proposed.The design and construction key points of delayed expansion and continuous compensation shrinkage water-proof concrete were discussed,which were applied to a 300,000-ton water treatment plant.Practical applica-tion show that magnesium-based expanding agents have the advantages of delayed expansion and continuous compensation shrinkage,which can better compensate for the shortcomings of traditional calcium-based expan-sive agents.It can achieve seamless or few-seam design for pools,pump rooms and other structures in water supply and drainage projects.The concept and application can provide reference for the design of similar pools and pump rooms.
