摘要
某引水工程设计引水流量10.5m3/s,局部穿越河道段采用渡槽方式,总长度600m,渡槽为简支预应力混凝土箱式渡槽结构.本文采用有限元软件,建立三维模型,对设计流量、设计流量叠加温度变化两种工况下混凝土和钢筋的应力进行分析计算,为渡槽结构设计提供依据,并提出在渡槽侧墙底部和底板配置受力钢筋,以更好地保障渡槽结构安全.目前,该工程已经运行5年,取得了较好的运行效果,可为类似工程设计提供借鉴.
Abstract
A certain water diversion project is designed with a diversion flow of 10.5m3/s.The partial cross-ing section of the river adopts the aqueduct method,with a total length of 600m.The aqueduct is a simple sup-ported prestressed concrete box aqueduct structure.This article uses finite element software to establish a three-dimensional model and analyze and calculate the stress of concrete and steel bars under two working conditions:design flow rate and design flow rate plus temperature change.This provides a basis for the design of the aque-duct structure and proposes to configure load-bearing steel bars at the bottom of the aqueduct side walls and bot-tom plates to better ensure the safety of the aqueduct structure.At present,the project has been in operation for 5 years and has achieved good operational results,which can provide reference for similar engineering designs.
